An independent arts enterprise, The Vinyl Factory collaborates with musicians and artists to curate site-specific audio visual experiences and limited vinyl editions. Comprising an iconic pressing plant, record label, and several large industrial spaces, recent projects include The Infinite Mix exhibition at The Store, 180 The Strand, The British Pavilion at the Venice Architecture Biennale and Ragnar Kjartansson’s The Visitors at Brewer Street Car Park, and releases by Daft Punk, Christian Marclay, Massive Attack and Ryoji Ikeda—who has created a special limited vinyl edition in tandem with his installation at Elevation 1049.
